State of Mind

On the field and off it, one offload can change a game, a season, or even a life.

Our task for the NRL’s State of Mind mental health program was to create a campaign that not only raised awareness of their focus on mental health, but also helped make it easier for anyone to take the crucial first step and start a conversation.

The campaign idea, ‘Always there for an offload’, gave people an understanding of how they could help each other, and armed them with the language to turn a daunting conversation into a simple one.
